Terms of Service

Welcome to Sky Licence. By accessing or using our website and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Use of Service: Sky Licence provides an AI-powered exam preparation platform for Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) candidates studying under the Transport Canada TP14038E syllabus. You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Subscriptions and Payments: Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Automatic renewal occurs unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Intellectual Property: All content, features, and functionality of Sky Licence — including exam questions, AI-generated materials, analytics, user interface, and proprietary algorithms — are owned by Sky Licence and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

User Conduct: You agree not to share your account credentials, attempt to circumvent our AI proctoring measures, use automated tools or bots to access the platform, upload malicious code, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service for other users. Violation may result in immediate account termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties: Sky Licence is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, exam content is for educational purposes and does not guarantee passage of Transport Canada AME certification exams. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Transport Canada.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Sky Licence be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including loss of data, study time, or exam outcomes.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
